1. Services Offered
Ascend Aviation Protection specializes in aviation detailing services, including but not limited to:  
- Ceramic coating application  
- Plexiglass polishing  
- Paint correction and restoration

Services are provided to clients in California and the West Coast of the United States. Specific service terms, including pricing and timelines, will be outlined in a separate service agreement.  

2. Client Responsibilities  
- Provide accurate information about your aircraft’s condition.  
- Ensure safe access to the aircraft at the agreed-upon location (hangar, airstrip, etc.).  
- Disclose any existing damage or concerns prior to service.  

3. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required to secure bookings.  
- Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.  
- Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month.  
- We reserve the right to refuse service for unpaid balances.  

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations within 48 hours of service may incur a 25% fee.  
- Rescheduling requests require 24 hours’ notice.  
- We may cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or equipment failure without liability.  

5. Liability & Disclaimers
- While we exercise utmost care, Ascend Aviation Protection is not liable for:  
 - Pre-existing damage to the aircraft.  
 - Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, delays).  
 - Damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., hail, bird strikes) post-service.  
- Services are provided “as-is” with no warranties beyond those explicitly stated.  

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, text, images) is owned by Ascend Aviation Protection and protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.  

7. Privacy

8. Termination
